President of Fathers 4 Justice Quebec announces candidacy against Gilles Duceppe.

Daniel F4J LaForest, as he will be officially known during the federal election, is the revered President of Fathers 4 Justice Quebec.

As the Fathers 4 Justice Canada Cross Country Crusade continues its nationwide journey into Quebec, it will likely double as an election bus.

Daniel (F4J) Laforest, President of Fathers-4-Justice Quebec has entered the Federal election in Laurier Sainte-Marie against The Bloc Quebecois Chief Gilles Duceppe. The BQ refused to support Maurice Vellacott's Private Member Motion M-483 for the equal Parenting. The people of Quebec need to know this political party and its leader is against the family.

His election campaign comes under the themes of FAMILY, EQUAL PARENTING AND RECIPROCITY between women and men:

Taking advantage of the momentum created by the passage through Canada to the caravan in support of the proposal M-483 Conservative MP Maurice Vellacott, Daniel Laforest intends to emerge from the shadows and introduce into the public debate public the issue of equal parenting and embracing the theme of family and reciprocity.

F4J LaForest says, "The question now is whether the parliament has any intention of carrying out the necessary reforms to family law, to rethink the role of courts and to reform the divorce industry according to the will already expressed in the report "For the Sake of the Children" over 10 years ago by a joint committee of Senate and the House." The report was never endorsed by the government.

"It is important to restore a healthy balance between rights and responsibilities of parents after a marriage or relationship breakdown. Without this measure, the social chaos already affecting Canadians will continue unimpeded," says F4J LaForest.

"We are, of course, thrilled with Daniel F4J LaForest's decision to oppose Gilles Duceppe," says Kris Titus, National Coordinator of F4J Fathers 4 Justice Canada. "We will be opposing anyone who does not support equal parenting in our various Fathers 4 Justice ways during this election."
